Armacell Ultima ACR Pre Clad
Insulating pipes is a time-consuming process that traditionally involves several operations. At least this was the case until Armacell and Isopartner launched Armacell Ultima ACR Pre Clad.
This is a high-quality, temperature- and chemical-resistant, jacketed hose approved in TR 1660 (Equinor standard).
When we say that there is no other product on the market that is as quick to install, it is due to the overlapping, self-adhesive jacket in flexible and elastic EPDM rubber. Place Ultima ACR around the pipe to be insulated, remove the protective paper on the self-adhesive part of the jacket and stick it over the joint.
The cut surface is given a little glue before the next length is attached to the pipe and pushed under the overlapping cloth of the previous length. Remove the protective paper and seal the joint with the self-adhesive cloth.
With this simple installation process, all you need is a knife and a caulking gun to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
