ProRox® PS 960 – Industrial Pipe Section with WR-Tech™
ProRox® PS 960 is a pre-formed pipe section made of stone wool, ideal for thermal and acoustic insulation of industrial pipes. The product is equipped with WR-Tech™, a revolutionary water-repellent technology that reduces the risk of corrosion under insulation, ensuring plant safety and efficiency while helping to lower maintenance costs. ProRox® PS 960 meets rigorous international standards such as EN 14303 and ASTM.

Rockwool Conlit® – A System for Fire Protection of Ventilation Ducts
When buildings catch fire, time is of the essence. This is where stone wool excels, and Conlit® comes into play. Conlit® is a series of fire protection products from Rockwool, consisting of hard-pressed fire boards and fire mats made of non-combustible, moisture- and water-repellent stone wool. Conlit 150 and Conlit 300 are used for fire protection of columns, beams, and girders made of steel and concrete. For rectangular ventilation ducts, Conlit Fire Board is used, while Conlit Fire Mat is suitable for circular ducts.
Rockwool ProRox Wire Mesh Mats for Industrial Insulation
ProRox wire mesh mats made of non-combustible stone wool are designed to insulate pipes in industrial environments. The wire mesh mats, ProRox WM 950 and ProRox WM 960, are manufactured with WR-Tech™.
One side of the wire mesh mat is covered with galvanized mesh, either without surface coating or with glass fiber reinforced aluminum foil between the mesh and stone wool, named ProRox WM 950 Alu and ProRox WM 960 Alu respectively.
These mats are available in 1-meter width, and also in 600mm width as ProRox WM 967 and ProRox WM 967 Alu.
ProRox WM 950 has a density of 80 kg/m³ and a maximum operating temperature of 640°C. ProRox WM 960 and WM 967 have a density of 100 kg/m³ and a maximum operating temperature of 660°C.
Rockwool SeaRox – Lightweight Insulation for Ships and Offshore
SeaRox® is a series of insulation products that meet the requirements of shipbuilding and the offshore industry. Whether you need effective fire protection, good acoustic performance, or a comfortable indoor climate, we offer the right insulation solution based on your needs.
For fire mats, we offer SeaRox FM 6030 ALU and SeaRox FM 6040 ALU, which provide a 40% weight savings compared to alternative products. For fire boards, we have SeaRox FB 6020, SeaRox FB 6040 and SeaRox FB 6050, also available with aluminum facing. For comfort insulation of bulkheads and decks, SeaRox MA 720 ALU is a standout product.
SeaRox products are suitable for areas where low weight is crucial onboard, such as passenger ships, naval vessels, and offshore supply ships. All SeaRox products have very low water absorption.
